Your password is invalid!

i didnt forget or lose my password , i know my password , but when i use it to unlock my passport ultra 4tb it says " your password is invalid" !!

please help me without formatting the 4 tb
i used a virtual keyboard to set the password , does this may cause the problem or what ?

no i didnt , i dont need a hint i know the password i use it too much , as i said i didnt forget the password
