have a “My Passport Ultra 1T”, suddenly it has stopped authorising my password. I am 100% certain that the password that I am entering is correct, however, the login for My Passport rejects it ! It say incorrect password??!!!
Try replacing your unit’s USB cable in case there’s a connectivity problem not allowing for proper input. You can also try unlocking your hard drive in a different computer in order to test if the issue relates to the current system.
