WD security issus!

Hey,
I locked my HDD drive with the WD security and when i tried to unlock it with the same password. It says invalid password
I formatted it and tried again with different password it gives the same issus
I types the password in the notepad I copied it while locking copied it again to unlock
But still saying invalid password

I have other HDD with important data i’m trying to unlock
I tried the bitlocker and it worked just fine locking and unlocking
So i would appreciate any help on this topic
