I have My Cloud Home 6TB and I’m using Windows 10 as an administrator. Using Windows Explorer I can copy files and folders on the drive just normally, but whenever I try to rename or delete something I get this message:
You need permission to perform this action
You require permission from Everyone to make changes to this folder
I don’t have that problem when I access My Cloud Home on my web browser. Is it a WD problem or Windows problem?
@majklaud this issue normally occurs when there’s Anti Virus, End Point Protection, Firewall or other type of security software such as BitDefender, ZoneAlarm or others causing network access issues.
