Hello. I got a new PC and I am trying to do some modifications to some files on my 4TB MyCloud drive. I browse through File Explorer but when I right click on a file, the option to Copy, Delete, Rename are all missing. I have gone from a WIN10 OS to WIN11 OS. I have enabled SMB in settings but no change. Worked fine before in WIN10 but not now. I am kind of assuming its a Windows setting and has nothing to do with the MyCloud drive itself. Can anyone give me a direction to go from here? I am perplexed. Thanks
First, do you own a My Cloud Home or an older WDMYCLOUD?
If it is a WDMYCLOUD is it using OS3 or OS5?
