Yellow Blinking - Drive not found

Dear All,

I have been suffered with the problem on my cloud many months already.

It was working okay but after electricity cuts off/on many days.

It started showing yellow blinking and cannot access. I try to do hard reset by holding 40s+.
But nothing is changed.

Any solution.

Hi chhinsras,

Blinking yellow LED notification indicates network connection issue with the Ethernet port on MyCloud, or Ethernet port on router, or Ethernet cable. You should try a different router port or a different ethernet cable with My Cloud.
