Please HELP! blinking yellow light with no access

Please Help blinking yellow light and no access is driving me crazy, I had the 4tb wd my cloud for about 3 and a half years now and never had a problem.
Recently optimum online claims that i was part of a copyright infringement and shutdown my internet for 24 hours(turns out i was hacked not having a password on my wifi, I know, I know very stupid of me) anyway since the internet came back on I have a blinking Yellow light and no access. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and that i found on this forum and in the manual but still nothing. Any help would be awesome.

If this is a gen1 the yellow light could mean that you have no network connection. Check your
router and see if it sees your My cloud.

Thank you was having trouble with my network not sure how but the cable to my router was not connecting properly
