Since connecting my My Cloud Drive to my router when I turn my xbox on it kills the internet connection to 0.5 mbps. Even if I disconnect the Drive from the router and reboot both the xbox and the router the csignal drops out. Is there anyone else with this problem? I can’t game online as my ping is now shockingly low so frustrating!
What happens if you disable remote access within your WD My Cloud? It would be a bandwidth priority issue.
