Wireless Pro - unable to connect to wireless

I just purchased a Passport Wireless pro.

When I turn on the device, the wifi LED blinks for about 10 seconds and then turns off. None of my devices are able to discover the devices in the mean time.

I completed a hard reset and it still has the same issues.

I can store files ont he device if I connect it via USB.

Any ideas?

How fast is the LED blinking? And how many of the power LED’s are lit?

HELP. hopefully someone can help . just got a wd my passport wireless pro. heading overseas in 2 days and i cannot get it set up. WILL NOT bring up the wireless icon. help please

Have you got the complete user manual from WD; either on the drive itself or from a download from WD Support? Every owner of the MPWP needs a copy to refer to before even setting it up.
