Winodws 10 not reading my Passport Ultra

Hello,
I have a WD My Passport Ultra I had been using to do Acronis backups of both my laptops. One laptop runs Windows 10 and the older laptop runs Windows 7. On the 10 machine, it became infrcted with malware, so Windows 10 had to be reinstalled. I did am Acronis backup of the reinstall, yet afterwards neither laptop will read the My Passport Ultra. The Windows 7 machine doesn’t show it anywhere. The Windows 10 machine shows it in Device Manager/Disk Drives and when I click on the Passport there, The Device Status says the device is working properly. I downloaded WD Drive Utilities and checked the status of the drive, which it passed, scanned the drive, which it passed and ran the complete drive test, which it passed. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with the My Passport Ultra? Any advice would be very greatly appreciated.

You should check the drive partition, how the My Passport Ultra is showing in Windows Disk Management. You can have a look on below article for more details in this concern.
