Windows wont mount my 48TB Shuttle T3 RAID

Built a New Windows 10 PC - X299 GIGABYTE 10G with dual Thunderbolt 3 ports. Got all the TB drivers installed and the Thunderbolt Control Center installed and it shows the G-SPEED Shuttle XL there in the UI but it wont mount as a drive and doesn’t show up in disk utility. Also Can’t get the G-SPEED Studio software to see it either.

It works fine on my laptop with T3 and works on my Old PC with Thunderbolt 1 with an adapter. So seems like a weird driver issue?

Please help. need to get this working ASAP.
