G-Speed Shuttle XL TB3 does not mount Windows 10

I own a Shuttle XL 48TB TB3 drive and I’m trying to connect via my Windows 10 machine. The PC has TB3 port and when I plug it in the drive lights up. I’ve installed the format Wizard and the G_Speed software, but the drive can’t be seen. I’ve checked my Device Manager and only one device that has an error. I’ve tried to update the driver, but still no go.
