Window connection to MyCloudMirror Issue

I can see WDMYCLOUDMIRROR via Windows File Explorer but when I try to open it, I get

//WDMYCLOUDMIRROR is not accessible. “You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permission. The Network path was not found.”

I was able to access files on it. Is there a path stored in Windows 11 or the MIRROR somewhere?

I had this problem too. The folder shows up in Explorer but won’t open. What helped me was deleting old network credentials and mapped drives, then connecting using the NAS IP address. Make sure network discovery and file sharing are on. That fixed it for me every time.
