Where are thumbnails stored?

I recently purchased a My Cloud. One thing that is not clear to me: when I enable Cloud Access, where are the thumbnails for photos stored, somewhere on my device?

In hidden folders you can only see by logging in via SSH. They’re called “.wdmc”
