What's Up? PC no longer recognizes My Passport Ultra but Laptop accesses it fine

My PC has decided it doesn’t want to recognize My Passport Ultra today. However, it still works fine on my Laptop. How do I get the PC to behave?

I tried a different USB port on my PC and the Passport is functioning fine again. Thank you for your FAQs that suggested this course of action
