Recently, I purchased WD Passport Ultra metal. Today, I inserted in my laptop (Window 7) but I wonder that this external memory drive is not recognized and also tried with the other laptop. But result was the same, nothing was observed. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Yes, I changed the different USB cable but it is not recognized by the system. No, device is not recognized either in device manager or disk management console. I tried in different computer but result was same. Please help. Thanks
