I have one My Cloud Home 4TB. DIsk ist still new, never installed before.
From setup installation, I did it all steps but still my android app My cloud cant find the disk. Tried with PIN but no luck. Any advice how to setup/access the disk?

This is most likely old stock with old firmware even if it is ‘new’ and ‘never installed’.
If you research this issue in this subforum, you will know that there has been ~68 firmware updates since the My Cloud Home (MCH0 was introduced more than 7 years ago.
Multiple firmware updates OTA (over the air = internet) will be required before such an old device could be activated and this could take up to a week even though the KB (knowledge base) advised a shorter time (24 hours).
You will just have to connect the ‘new’ MCH with the existing old firmware to your router and internet and wait up to a week.
Most users are able to activate their MCH eventually, but you are free to file a support ticket with WD Tech support and wait for their answer.

Device is connected to the router. From router side I can see IP but if I try to connnect using web than I got follow error messsage

Hello, Do not do the direct IP address before you set up the My Cloud Home (MCH) with a WD account. which seems to be what you did above.
Unfortunately nobody here knows what you know or don’t know. If you have already waited a week, you should be able to follow the WD KB (knowledge base).
