Weird Connection issue with Remote access custom ports

So I am having an issue the users I have setup can access my mycloud no problem right now and are able to transfer files to it using remote access. But the mycloud its self says Failed
Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. but I have checked and the ports are being forwarded and it is currently working. any ideas why this might be happening? I am using a Dlink-DIR 850L router.

I am also having this issue on creating a new user.
Failed to create device user. (400073) Note: User successfully added.

The cloud device is currently connected to the internet according to the panel.

Current Version WDMyCloud v04.04.03-113 : Core F/W
That is what I am currently running it was odd as it said it had internet access but it could not connect to the relay server on auto but when I woke up today it was fixed. I have no idea what was going on there but it is working now.
