Web interface has to be on the same subnet as the user

Our company has more than one PR series My Cloud. Accessing the files throughout the company is fine but when needing to update with the web browser it seems you have to be in the same subnet. Example, we have one My Cloud on a 10.20.1.XX address and we have users on a 10.20.2.XX address scheme. Both can read the files but only 10.20.1.XX can web in. Is this something that can be worked around?

Web dashboard access is restricted to the same subnet : We have learned that some users have device setup in a different subnet and the restriction is impacting your workflow. We are looking into relaxing the restriction and allowing access to the web dashboard from other subnets.
