I have problems with My Cloud PR2100, I have local access and activate the web access feature.
I can access the web access feature through my local network, but when I use another network (outside the local) I can’t access My Cloud, with the following information:
Cant’ connect to ******Drive
Here’s what you can do to tray fix the problem :
- Make sure your device is powered on and connected to a network witch internet access
- Update the My Cloud firmware. You’ll need to do this from the device dashboard (web interface) under Settings.
if you still can’t connect to the device, contact WD Support.
I’ve done the suggested thing but it still doesn’t work.
