I have no idea why but my cloud was working 100% fine until it suddenly stopped connecting to Web access via a browser? When I try to access My Cloud Web access, the pre loader just keeps on spinning. I have not changed anything in the settings and I am able to open the cloud on my desktop as a mounted disk with no problem. It is not my computer because I have tried to connect on numerous computers but to no avail?
Any help or advise is much appreciated because I am totally lost and rely on the cloud to transfer work files around.
