Unable to remote access

I have followed the instructions in the user manual for adding users and devices. Using the browser remote access, and the android app remote access both work fine when I’m connected to my home wifi network, but neither will connect when I am on other networks.

I have turned on remote access and port forwarding on the PR4100 through the dashboard, and as far as I’m aware I have been able to turn on remote access and port forwarding of the relevant ports in my router, yet I am still unable to remote access the PR4100.

Is there any suggestions people can provide?
