Can't connect to MyCloudPR2100

Hello,

I have a WD My Cloud PR2100. I didn’t use it for a few months. Now, I cannot connect. . Every time I received the message ‘Can’t connect to MyCloudPR2100’. I tried to reset it but didn’t help. Everything looks good but I cannot connect.

I have exactly the same problem. I can log into the dashboard but not WD MyCloud PR2100 to see my files

I’m also having no luck accessing the settings dashboard for my pr2100.
