Problems to connect my Pr2100 with MyCloud

Hi, we have a problem,

Sometimes I can’t access my pr2100 from mycloud:

when this happens locally I don’t see the storage statistics and I need to restart my pr2100 so that fix connection with mycloud and the statistics display is fixed:
