Web access issues - okay with Android App

Hi there. Using My Book Live Duo. I can access the device remotely using the Android App and my username and password, however when I log into mycloud.com using the same username and password the device is showing as “offline”.
Firmware is updated to latest version.

Any ideas? Please…
