Wdsharespace ftp server access error

hi

I prepared wd sharespace as ftp server

when ı tried access 

i got following error

"220 vsftpd 2.0.4+ (ext.3) ready

500 oops: can not change directory :/shares

500 oops : child died"

how can I fix this error

How did you “prepared” ?

Make sure the setup is done right on the network administrator

I clicked mistakenly " accept as solution"

I did not solve it yet

@wizer I have static ip from my isp

also nas too and I created rule in my modem and admin of nas
