In the Device Manager under other stands with me
1- Bay personal cloud storage (gen1) what is it and where can I find the driver
Do you have a WD My Cloud device? That’s what the “1-Bay personal cloud storage (gen1)” is.
Have you plugged it directly into your PC’s Ethernet port? If so, it is better to plug it in to your router, and also plug your PC into your router.
Its just “Virtual uPnP device”. Ignore it.
Got the same issue which made me couldn’t “open” mycloud through “WD Access” and couldn’t access mycloud by server name or ip address directly. Anyone met the same issue?
