WDcloud to Pix-Star photo frame

Hi everyone,

I bought a star-pix photo frame with the understanding that I could connect my WDcloud to it.

When I go into the DLNA option in the photo frame, it searches but the WDcloud never shows up. Both are connected to the same WiFi.

Any suggestions would be very helpful because this was the primary reason I purchased the frame.
