Hi guys, I have the title product. The product is very hot even when idle. Other removable disks and hard drives are normal.

I wonder if anyone can help me with this issue

Is it really normal for the hard disk to be at 55 degrees even though it is not working?

Currently only 2 and 3 are working. While not running almost 50% hotter
