I just bought one 4 TB WD My Passport 25E1 ( Model : WDC WD40NDZW-11MR8S0), but i think it is heating too much, although it is cool weather nowadays but my HDD show 49°c to 55°c during normal read operation. The lowest temperature was 44°c. Is it normal? what is the normal recommended temperature for this model? My laptop internal HDD showing 35°c-40°c, I am worried because if this is now then what temp rise will be in summer season? is my HDD normal?
