WD tv stopped after only 5 min of usage!

Hi

I finally decided to upgrade from the very first wd tv player. I bought the latest version, but it sudenly stopped working. The screen got black. The led stays white and there is nothing I can do. Tried even hard reset, but the light is still on. When I hold down the on/off button the light is off. Then when I press the on button the light is on again but nothing else. Any suggestions?
