When i plug it in to power the light just blinks and only shows “WD logo” on the tv screen. I have tried to reset but it does not reset.
Can anyone help or have an idear

Make sure you press the reset button for 3 to 5 seconds. If you have already tried this then i would suggest to contact support:
I have tried that 1 sec. 2 sec 3 sec and so on all the way to 30 does not work, the support is closed now so i wanted to see if anyone had a clue
