WD Smartware 2.4.6 problem with backup

Hello there!

I have updated to latest version my WD Smartware . After succesfull installation nad starting Smartware I cannot acces  BackUp Tab to set new schedule. I can go to Retrieve, Home and all the rest but not BackUp.

What can be wrong?

Any Ideas?

What happens if you completely uninstall WD SmartWare and install the latest 2.4.6 release directly from WD’s website instead of upgrading from your device’s original version?

Hello there. I have tried that. Still almost no change. The only way to get to BackUp tab is simply left or right key arrows on the condition that You are either in Retrieve tab or Home tab.

Once You use arrows You can see what is in BackUp . Unfortunatelly there no information - blank.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
