Backup tab

Backup tab is not working, I click in it but no response, so I cant copy or backup my files. All ohter tabs ok. Please advise

Hello,

Make sure the drive is recognized in the computer, then go to the “Home” tab and click on the drive icon. This should make the “backup” tab available.

I have the same problem.  Backup was working fine before installation of updated version of Smartware. All tabs work fine while nothing happens when I click on Backup.Cannot be a Firewall problem as I inserted Smartware in the list of allowed programs.

I am using Windows 7.
