I use WD smartware for a while and I never had any issue. But this week when I plug my hard drive It’ doesn’t backup my drive H:
When I try to click on the backup tab nothing hapen, My drive is correctly selected,I can click on restore tab and parse my backup drive.
Do you hav an idea, I’d like to backup my files

Probably you should try to uninstall and re-install the WD Smartware.
