Hi, I’m fairly new to this kind of thing. I have set up my mybook live and imported photos from my hard drive to the public share folder. I can see all folders and images through my blu ray player, but not through WD 2Go or WD photos on my iPad or iPhone . I have followed all instructions and enabled remote access etc, to no avail. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.
Did you put the photos in the “Shared Photos” folder of the Public share, or somewhere else?
Not sure if that should make a difference, though… It’s been a while since I’ve used WD Photos.
When you connect through WD 2Go app, what happens? Do you see the folder(s)? Do they just appear to be empty?
