I have installed my new MyBook Live Cloud NAS on my network and it’s working fine and also the WD Photos app on both my iPhone and iPad and uploaded photos to my NAS using the WD Photo app on them both.
What is weird though is that I can see both the iPhone and iPad folders (and the pictures I uploaded in them) in the Shared Pictures folder when I’m using my PC and also on my iPhone, but my iPad will only display the photo I uploaded from my iPad, NOT my iPhone.
I’ve closed down the WD Photos apps on both devices a number of times (and given the photo time to upload onto the NAS) and dis/connected from the drive when in the app a number of times, but there doesn;t seem to be any refreshing of the contents going on when I try to view the photos using my iPad.
Can someone please let me know where I’m going wrong, as I’m sure it’s a very simple solution, but I’m blowed if I can understand what it is ?
