WD Photos no thumbnail?

Hi all,

For some reason in some holiday snaps I uploaded I cannot see about 6 thumbnails, it’s like they never generated and they are no different to any other photos in there. At first the drive said 404 error on these so I cleared the cache, now I can see the pictures without a thumbnail but there is still no thumbnail.

The thumbnail doesn’t appear on the My Cloud app or the WD Photos app?

What can be done?

Thanks for the reply, in the end I fixed it back removing and re-adding the specific problamatic directory and it is working fine now.
