WD Passport Ultra not showing up on Windows 10

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get my Passport to show up so I can access the files. I have had this device for about 4-5 years and have never had a problem with it. The files are not corrupt and are working properly, and the device itself is in good working condition. I cannot even get My Passport to show up in the Disk Management so I can change the file name. I have changed the USB cables and that has not helped. Anyone who has struggled with this issue who can help give a solution is highly encouraged too. Appreciate it.

Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect.
