WD Passport Ultra - no backup targets found

Hi, I have had to replace my laptop and assumed that I was lucky as I had a backup on my WD Passport Ultra, however when I use the restore function on WD Backup It says discovering devices, but then it says no backup targets found

However if I access the files I can see everything but instead of having the file tpye, ie .mp3 it has .mp3_LAST is there anyway for me to sort this or have I lost everything?

never mind it is now working, I think it was failing as the new laptop was doing all its updates and upgrades and stuff in the background, I figured I would give it another try this morning, and what do you know it is working
