I have a WD mycloud and find it really complicated. The settings etc are really unclear. Whenever I try to play a video it takes an absolute age to load and the will lag and continually pause. I am using a nighthawk router and every other device works brilliantly but not WD mycloud. Really really slow. Any ideas?
I have a WD My Cloud and it works great for watching movies and videos … no lag, no buffering and quickly starts playing a video file.
do you have a My Cloud or a My Cloud Home ?
