My WD MyCloud PR4100 is showing its full when I have only 2.1TB of data on the drive. Total capacity is 8 TB with RAID 1 mode. And on my dashboard I am not able to see separate storage capacities. It is only showing remaining approx. 521MB.
Please help.
Do you have the recycle bin enabled for any of your shares?
So empty the recycle bins and see how much space you reclaim.

I emptied recycle bins by use Eraser software. I get now more space to store file.
Great news! If you haven’t already done so, check the Recycle Bin settings under General. You can always clear all of the recycle bins there and set how long content remains until it gets “purged”.
