I have reset my windows 10 laptop. I can access Mycloud dashboard but it isn’t appearing in file explorer. Can you please advise how I can add it so I can recover my files
Did You have enable network discovery in windows network settings ? Or try mount network drive in My computer manually !
I had a similar problem, although I could see my WD on the network, it just would not let me open it in explorer or on the webpage. But I looked up in the community and found a page that just suggested I add it as a drive in the network by just typing after network “\abc” where ABC is my device name. It worked for my PC at home, but I have not yet tested it for when I am away. I suspect I will not be able to log in when away.
