WD MyCloud Mirror not appearing in file explorer

Dear all,

The situation is this. My colleague was busy backing up files from Google Drive to the My Cloud Mirror utilizing SyncBackPro. One day, the device just vanished from the file explorer. However, I was still able to login through the dashboard utilizing the IP address. Unfortunately, right now after I did the 40 second reset on my WD My Cloud Mirror, I did not manage to view the device in both the file explorer and the dashboard. When I used IP advanced scanner to scan for the device, it did not show up on the list even though the ethernet connection is valid. Please help me out as there’s alot of important info on the WD My Cloud Mirror.
