After an upgrade to OS 5, my WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra was connecting fine to the Mobile App. Then about a month later it wasn’t connecting. Attached is the message I get for the connection failure. .
@DeanShort Have you opened a support case? If not please go ahead and open a case and attach the log files to the case.
Before that, please make sure to reboot both My Cloud device and Router.
