After restore of OS5 Connection i cannot acces to my cloud ex2 ultra

No Ping connection
All Leds are blue

Hoy can i Connect to my device?

I’m getting the same message on one of my MyClouds. Its the one I haven’t updated the firmware to the latest version, so I’m guessing that’s the issue
