Hello!
I updated the firmware on my MyCloud EX2 Ultra and now I can no longer access my LAN login portal or my files remotely. I’ve tried a soft reset (reset button for 4 seconds) and a hard reset (unplugged MyCloud, then plugged back in while holding reset button for 40+ seconds). I’ve ensured all my connections are securely plugged in. All three lights on my device are solid blue. When I visit https://mycloudex2ultra.local/ I get the following message:
