I don’t have the activation card and it is really NOT on the asset. Nowhere.
I bought it 3 years ago. I also habe pics on it. I moved in a new flat. Now I lost all access.

I did a Shutdown Option in Os5 mycloud app, and my EX2 Ultra Server went Offline. So I had to do 40 Sec Factory Reset. It will reset ur configuration and setup needs to be done fresh from Local IP but your data will be safe.
Only pain is indexing existing data takes forever 2-3 days. I have 2x8TB Red WD with 2TB Data, it takes abt 2 days.
