Although I have updated Wd My Cloud to the new version, it is no longer possible to make a backup. The last backup made was made on January 26, 2022. From then on, after an attempt is made to create a backup, the program says that the Wd My Cloud hard drive cannot be accessed. See the attached print screens.

Thank you for the quick response. Backing up with Timemachine has been fixed. However, if the creation is complete, the disk is still busy because the resource is in use and the process cannot be completed. Finder > Server > Connect > Macbook Air Sparsebundle. See attached print screen in Dutch.
