Hello everyone, I have 3tb wd my cloud, it stopped working led light wont turn on so basically power board issue. I bought usb to sata adapter with power but did not work computer still cant read. Then I did research and only was was to buy another my cloud and swap power board. I bought second 2tb one but this one has turn on and off button as well mine did not have. So I swapped power board led light is blinking but for some reason on pc it shows 2tb instead of 3tb plus it won’t work it shows as unrecognized and requires to initialize. I don’t want to format because have very important pics and videos I need back. What would you suggest? Also maybe it did not work because Its slight different then mine? Should buy with same serial number?
